Supply List for 3 Year Olds
Noah’s Ark Supply List
For the 3 Year Old Class
Please bring these items on the first day of class (or the open house):
1” binder with a clear sleeve on the cover so we can insert a cover page. (Such as Avery “Durable Reference” binders from Target, Winco, and Office Depot.) Make sure these are 1” – no larger, no smaller. Label the inside with your child’s name.
Composition Book. These are those small black and white books that you can find in most back-to-school sections (but there are other colors, too).
3-Pack Paper Towels
Extra clothing in a labeled Zip Lock bag that will stay in the classroom all year: shirt, pants, underwear, socks
Family Picture, that can be displayed in the classroom all year.
Snacks:
Each school day please provide a healthy snack for your child in a Zip-Lock Bag (labeled). You must provide at least 2 foods from different food groups (dairy and protein, bread and fruit, etc.) We are a peanut-aware facility: ABSOLUTELY NO PEANUT PRODUCTS CAN BE BROUGHT INTO THE CLASSROOM. This includes food that is made in the same plant that shares its equipment with nuts. READ LABELS CAREFULLY. Some suggestions: fruit, fruit cups, applesauce, cottage cheese, vegetables, raisins, yogurt, string cheese (or any cheese), pretzels, goldfish crackers, meat or graham crackers. Please leave dessert-type foods at home. A separate sheet will be provided with snack suggestions.
Birthdays:
A note will be sent home prior to your child’s birthday suggesting treats if you’d like us to celebrate in class. Summer birthdays will be celebrated in May. Food must be store-bought from a facility that does not share its plant with peanut products. Simple is best – small cookies and fruit snacks are always a hit!
