Our Classroom

Welcome to the 3’s classroom!

Our cubbies are located outside the classroom door.

We hang our sweaters and coats on our hooks.

Come on into the classroom!

This is our learning activities center, where we work on our cognitive skills.

We put our writing, drawing, and cutting work into our envelopes each day.

This is our writing table, where we will be introduced to many materials to help build our fine motor skills.

This is our library corner. In addition to a wide-variety of books, we will also have the opportunity to listen to books on tape. Our journals will be stored on the lowest shelf as well. We will have access to them at all times.

Our sensory table and easel are near the sink.

Here is our play dough table, and to the right is our art table. We push the two tables together for snack time. Science and nature exploration trays are placed on top of the short shelf.

This is our dramatics corner. Its theme will change depending on what we are working on.

During Centers Time, this is our play and building area. Later we push everything to the wall and it becomes our large group meeting area, where we have circle time and music/movement.
